Change of Address

When your address has changed, you need to submit a document at City Office.

Moving from other cities to Minoh City

Period of Application

 Within 14 days of moving to Minoh

Things to bring

  • Residence cards for everyone in your household who moved
  • My Number cards (individual number card) for everyone in your household who moved, or basic resident registration cards (if you have them)
  • Moving Out Certificate from your previous place of residence
  • A document showing the relationship between the head of household and other members of the household
  • Your personal seal (or provide signature in-person)

 Yourself or a representative (if a representative will apply instead of you, they will need a letter of authorization)

Within 14 days from the day you moved

Issuing of a copy of Residence Certification

When you need Proof of Personal Identification

As a registered citizen of Minoh City, you can receive a copy of your residence certification if needed to confirm your address.

Who can request

  • Yourself
  • A member of your household
  • A representative (if a representative will apply instead of you, they will need a letter of authorization.)

Personal identification (a residence card, driver's licence card, etc.)

Only yourself or a member of your household may apply at the libraries, Higashi Lifelong Learning Center, Right-Pia 21, Minoh Multicultural Center, Minoh Citizen's Activities Center, or Minoh Semba District Base.

Fees

300 yen for each copy

If you have a My Number card which contains an electronic certificate for user identification, you may apply at any convenience store in the country (only at stores with a multicopy machine). At convenience stores, the fee will be 200 yen.
