This emergency medical card contains information that you are often asked for at hospitals and medical centers. Please be prepared by printing and filling out the card as soon as possible. If you call an ambulance to an accident or for illness/injury, you can give them information about yourself by showing the paramedics this card. Please always carry this card with you in your wallet or card case.

Osaka Prefecture has created an emergency guide in multiple languages. This guide tells you how to prepare for a large earthquake, and what to do if one occurs.

Minoh Association For Global Awareness (MAFGA)

MAFGA is an association that helps international residents in Minoh City. They do things such as offer multilingual support to residents, run events, offer Japanese classes, and more.

MAFGA also runs the Minoh Multilingual Portal Website, where they provide information for daily life.

Multilingual Desk for Daily Life Consultation

MAFGA provides a multilingual consultation service, where they respond to consultations about childcare, education, work, medical care, welfare, visa status, and any other problems or worries you might have. Consultations are free of charge and will be strictly confidential.

The Minoh Post

The Minoh Post is a multilingual newsletter about daily information in Minoh City (in easy Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean). It is published every two months by MAFGA (Minoh Association For Global Awareness). You can get it at MAFGA, the Cultural and International Affairs Division at Minoh City Office, and at other public facilities in the city. If you wish to have issues sent to you, please contact MAFGA.

English Documents (Application Forms, Pamphlets, etc.)

Here you can find translated English versions of various City Office documents, such as the Minoh City Health Guide, application forms, information about allowances from the City, and more. There are also documents translated into Chinese, Korean, and other languages.
