The English version of the Citizen Safety Alert Email will begin from 20 May 2020.
The Citizen Safety Alert Email in English updates you with useful disaster prevention information, information about the opening of evacuation centers, and other essential information for disasters such as earthquakes and typhoons.

Registering is easy!

Through the registration website

1. Access the registration site through this link (External link)
2. Follow the guide on the site and send a blank email
3. A registration email will be sent to you
4. Follow the link sent to you via email

Through QR Code

Use a cellphone (that can read barcodes) to scan the QR code. You can register by following the instructions and sending a blank email. (There are some models that will not work).

Changing your email address or deregistering from the Citizen Safety Alert Email

To change your email address or deregister, please click this link (External link) and enter your email address.

Caution

• It is free to register but any costs relating to registration or receiving messages are to be paid by the user
• There are some cellphones that cannot be registered with this system
• If your email settings only receive emails from approved sources, please add "minoh.net" to this list
• There are some cases in which we cannot respond to inquiries regarding certain information
• Depending on the conditions of your telecommunications carrier or reception, etc. there may be difficulties with receiving emails
• Email addresses will be registered to a server contracted by the Minoh FM Town Management Organization
• Registered information will be accessed when necessary by the Minoh City Civil Defence Division and the Minoh FM Town Management Organization,but will not be shared with third parties without the consent of those who have registered
• You can cancel or change your registration from your cellphone or computer
• If you want to change your email address first delete your current registered email address and then register the new address you wish to use
