Using the City Office

The City Office opens at 8:45 a.m. and closes at 5:15 p.m. It is closed on weekends* and public holidays.

Public facilities (such as the City Office and libraries) are closed during the New Year period (The City Office is closed 29 Dec - 3 Jan).

The City Office has one main office and two branch offices. (Available services may be different from the Main office's services, so please inquire before coming).

 If City Office staff cannot understand your language, the following options are available to you.

1. Ask the staff to call someone who can understand your language.
